Our Story
Why Feedogo Exists
Feedogo started with one idea: the details that make your pet yours should be able to stay with you. So we make personalized keepsakes from your pet’s photo or name.
Alongside the shop, we run feeders for stray animals, currently based in China. On Live Feeding you can watch the animals at our feeding spots and send them a meal yourself.
We’re a company, not a charity. We don’t collect donations, and we only share numbers we can actually count.

What is Feedogo?+
Feedogo is a pet brand. We sell personalized keepsakes and accessories for pets, and we run feeding spots for stray animals that you can visit online through Live Feeding.
We're a company, not a charity. We don't collect donations.
How does live feeding work?+
Open Live Feeding, choose a feeding spot and check whether it's available. To send food, sign in to your shop account and follow the steps on the page. The page shows the portion and what it costs before you confirm, and tells you whether the feeding went through.
How does Feedogo help stray animals?+
We set up and run feeding spots where stray animals can find food, and Live Feeding lets you see the animals and take part in feeding them.
Buying a product doesn’t send a meal by itself, but eligible paid orders earn Heart Coins that you can use to send one on Live Feeding.
How are the animal and feeding numbers counted?+
- Animals helped counts individual animals we have records for and can recognize. An animal that eats many times is still counted once. If we can't reliably tell animals apart, we don't show this number.
- Confirmed feedings counts only feedings recorded as successfully completed.
- Feeding spots counts the spots we operate, which isn't the same as how many are online right now.
We never use sample numbers, and these totals describe the whole community, not any single order.
What happens if a feeding attempt fails?+
If a feeder can't be reached or a feeding doesn't go through, the Live Feeding page shows an error instead of a success message, so you always know the result. If something looks wrong, email info@ifeedogo.com with the time and the feeding spot and we'll look into it.
Where can I find shipping and return information?+
See our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. Personalized items are made just for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind, but we'll remake or refund anything that arrives damaged, defective or different from the design you confirmed.
