Our makers work from your photo, so a clear one makes all the difference.
- Get close. Their face should fill most of the frame.
- Shoot at eye level. Crouch down so the camera looks straight at them.
- Use natural light. Daylight near a window, no flash.
- Keep it sharp. No blur, filters or screenshots.
- Show the details. Ears, markings and eye colour fully visible.

What kind of photo works best?
A sharp, well-lit, close-up photo taken at eye level. See the photo guide above.
Can I send my photo after ordering?
Yes. Tick "I'll email my photo after ordering" on the product page and reply to your order email with the photo.
Can I add more than one pet or name?
Some products have options for more names or pets. If you don't see what you need, add a note or contact us before ordering.
How long does it take?
Each piece is made to order. The production and shipping times are listed on each product and confirmed in your order email.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Contact us with your order number and photos of the issue and we'll work it out with you. See our refund policy for details.
