How Feedogo works

Personalized keepsakes for your pet, and a live way to send a meal to community cats.

Choose a piece and make it yours

Pick a piece in the Shop and add your pet's photo, name or other details. Every piece is made to order around your pet.

We make it and ship it

After you order, we send you a design preview. Once you confirm it, your piece goes into production and then ships to you with tracking. Delivery options and estimates are in our Shipping Policy.

Personalized pieces can't be returned for a change of mind, but if something arrives damaged or different from the design you confirmed, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will remake it or refund you. See our Refund Policy.

Watch the feeders live

On the Live Feeding page you can watch our feeders for community cats. Our feeders are currently located in China. Recent feedings appear in the Live Love feed, and feeding clips are public.

Send a meal with Heart Coins

10 g = 1 Heart Coin
20 g = 2 Heart Coins
30 g = 3 Heart Coins

If a feeder is offline or out of food, the feeding is paused and no coins are used. Heart Coins have no cash value.

Good to know

Live Feeding is open in early access, and our feeders are currently located in China.
Eligible paid orders earn Heart Coins, added to your balance when you sign in.
Feedogo is a company, not a charity. Sending a meal is not a donation.
