Feedogo is a pet brand from Hong Kong. We make personalized keepsakes for your pet, and we run Live Feeding, where you can watch our feeders for community cats and send a meal with Heart Coins.

Personalized pieces made from your pet's photo or name: jewelry such as bangles, necklaces and rings, and keepsakes such as a portrait keychain, an embroidered cap or frame, a custom bowl and more. See the Shop for current items and prices.

Each piece is made to order from the photo, name or details you give us. A clear, well-lit photo of your pet's face gives the best result. Before production starts, we send you a design preview to confirm.

Made-to-order pieces need production time before they ship, then delivery time. Shipping options and delivery estimates are in our Shipping Policy. Once your order ships you will receive a tracking link by email.

Personalized pieces are made just for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from the design you confirmed, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will remake it or refund you. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

On the Live Feeding page you can watch our feeders for community cats, choose a feeder and send a meal with Heart Coins. Live Feeding is open in early access, and our feeders are currently located in China. Buying from Feedogo does not mean there is a feeder in your city or country.

No. Feedogo is a for-profit company, not a registered charity, and sending a meal is not a tax-deductible donation. It is a direct way to give a little care to community cats.

Heart Coins let you send meals to community cats on the Live Feeding page: 10 g costs 1 Heart Coin, 20 g costs 2 and 30 g costs 3. Coins are earned on eligible paid orders and kept on your Feedogo store account, so sign in to see your balance and feed. Heart Coins have no cash value and can't be exchanged for money.

Yes. Eligible paid orders earn Heart Coins. They are added to your balance automatically the next time you sign in to your Feedogo account with the email you ordered with. Heart Coins have no cash value.

The feeding is paused and no Heart Coins are used. Try another feeder or come back later.

Live video works in current browsers on iPhone, iPad, Android and computers. If it doesn’t start, tap play, refresh the page or try another network. If a feeder is offline, the page shows it and you can choose another one. Still stuck? Contact us with the feeding spot name and the approximate time.

Recent feedings appear in the Live Love feed and feeding clips are public. Your name is shown partly hidden, for example y***9. Please use a nickname, not your real name or email, if you leave a note.

Use the account icon in the store header to sign in to your customer account. Your orders, addresses and order status are there.
